X-Men Origins: Wolverine

The storyline is comprised of a combination of the Wolverine backstory being explored in the movie of the same name as well as original story created by Raven Software......Three years later, when Logan has settled in Canada and has a girlfriend named Kayla Silverfox, his brother Victor Creed reappears in his life at a local bar where Logan and Creed fight. Creed wins and knocks Logan unconscious. After the latter wakes up, he finds Kayla (apparently) dead, blaming this on Creed. Therefore, Col. William Stryker appears before Logan with a promise if he agrees on his terms: that Logan will feel more pain than any man can endure, and that he will have his revenge. Logan agrees, and he undergoes an indescribably painful procedure that melds his bones with adamantium, an indestructable steel. However, Logan hears that Stryker wants his memories erased, so he goes berserk and tries to escape Alkali Lake, killing many of Stryker's own men in the process. Wolverine lunges toward an enemy helicopter. Hugh Jackman as Logan / Wolverine: A mutant with powers of regeneration, animalistic instincts, enhanced strength, unbreakable bones and six retractable adamantium claws (Bone claws before the adamantium transfusion). ....Source Wikipedia

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (DVD Print)

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, is better than expected by me. I have

not been a fan of G.I. Joe cartoon characters though they have

existed way before my birth but the director Stephen Summers

( Mummy and The Mummy Returns) has once again done a job well

done. If you are in a mood of watching action packed movie then

this one is surely for you.

Here is the plot from Paramount....Paramount Pictures and Hasbro, whose previous collaboration was the worldwide blockbuster “TRANSFORMERS,” join forces with Spyglass Entertainment for another extraordinary action-adventure “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.” From the Egyptian desert to deep below the polar ice caps, the elite G.I. JOE team uses the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment to fight the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing threat of the mysterious Cobra organization to prevent them from plunging the world into chaos.....

Public Enemies (DvD Print)

This movie has been doing well at the box office with current position being on Number 9. The story line is as follows...No one could stop Dillinger and his gang. No jail could hold him. His charm and audacious jailbreaks endeared him to almost everyone—from his girlfriend Billie Frechette to an American public who had no sympathy for the banks that had plunged the country into the Depression. But while the adventures of Dillinger's gang thrilled many, Hoover made Dillinger America's first Public Enemy Number One. (Universal Pictures)...

I LOVE YOU, BETH COOPER (DvD Print)

This movie was in box office top 10, it has been moved form the count down but it is doing a good business. The story line....Buffalo Grove High School valedictorian Denis Cooverman has had quite an academic career...on paper, at least. Superlative student, conscientious young gentleman and patently obvious dork, Denis has played it safe and made it all the way to graduation day without ever having really experienced some of the joys of higher learning: breaking curfew, destruction of property, over-consumption of alcohol, fist fights, late nights, fast cars or faster women (actually, women of any sort). But all of that is about to change, and all by uttering five little words: I LOVE YOU, BETH COOPER. (20th Century Fox)

Star Trek (DvD Print)

JJ Abrams‘ new Star Trek probably deserves that funny ‘reboot’ label more than any of the other films so far stamped with it, actually seeming to have been conceived from that very concept outwards. I truly wouldn’t be surprised to find out that the picture’s central plot device was born in discussions of how to restart and repeat the franchise once more, how to deliver a new series essentially the same as the old one but also crucially, and marketability, different. the Story line is as follows STAR TREK begins with an attack by an impossibly advanced Romulan ship captained by the tattooed, snarling Nero (Eric Bana). Among the survivors is the infant version of James T. Kirk (Chris Pine), who grows up to wreak havoc on the Iowa countryside. When Captain Christopher Pike (Bruce Greenwood) meets an adult Kirk, he encourages him to join Starfleet, giving him the opportunity to meet Spock (Zachary Quinto), Uhura (Zoe Saldana), and the rest of the characters audiences have loved for decades...

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (DVD Print)

The Sequel to Night at the Museum, is what I was expecting as I really like the first movie then even though they have not added anything new to the original idea but everything has gotten bigger and bigger. Here is the storyline...its few years after the first film, with Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) now a successful businessman. He has a knack for infomercial-type inventions and is doing very well - financially anyway. He still visits themuseum from time to time to visit with his night-animated buddies, but not as often as he used to. It turns out that most of the museumpieces are being replaced by newfangled holographic projection versions, with the current ones being shipped off to storage atthe Smithsonian, to be crated forever.
He attempts to intervene but it’s a case of too little, too late - but of course the day is not lost. One thing leads to another and Egyptian prince Kahmunrah (Hank Azaria) is awakened with thoughts of world domination on his mind. In the process we once again meet Robin Williams as Teddy Roosevelt, Owen Wilson as Jebediah Smith the pint sized cowboy, along with new characters General Custer (played well by Bill Hader) and Amelia Earhart (played by the forever cute and perky Amy Adams).for the rest you must watch the movie...

UP (DVD Print)

Up, is animated movie coming from Pixar, these guyz are doing something different and this time after Wall-e, they have maintained their expectations. The movie is slow but its one of those for which you would love it not to end...Here is the story line...."Up" has a delightful prologue, set in the '30s, and the sort of slam-bang chase scene at the end that used to mark the "Wallace and Gromit" stories. It's a delight pretty much throughout.

What's true genius, though, is a sequence about five minutes in, where Carl and Ellie -- the kids at the very beginning of the film -- grow up, get married and grow old. It's pure, visual filmmaking, without a word spoken -- just the haunting music of Michael Giacchino ..the rest is adventure of achieving Ellie's dream with an * year old kid and army of dogs plus Kevin..the undiscovered specie who does add some spice to this movie...U would love it if you would watch it...but dont goto sleep in between...

The proposal, released in June, is one of the romantic comedy movies that has been doing well at the box office. Even though there is nothing new in it but it has some laughter moments which u guyz might like. The story line of the movie is.....Margaret (Bullock), a prominent and constantly PMSing New York book editor who forces her assistant Andrew Paxton (Reynolds) into marrying her, lest she face deportation back to her native Canada. He begrudgingly agrees and in an effort to avoid speculation from a nosy INS agent, they set off to Andrew’s hometown of Sitka, Alaska to meet his parents (Steenburgen and Nelson) and his quirky grandmother (White). Soon city girl Margaret, finds herself in all sorts of unfamiliar situations in the backdrop of Andrew’s scenic small town of Sitka, Alaska.

Harry Potter : The half blood prince (DVD)

Its the much awaited movie of the summer and sixth movie in an instalment to Harry Potter magic-world series, it is already number one in its opening weekend at the Box office. There is no need to tell the story as most of us have already read the novel dozens of time. This movie, as the past ones have been, is different from the book as some of incidents have no link with the book. Even though its not that bad as you can not exactly portray everything from the book.

Storyline and Plot of Harry Potter : The half blood prince: Adolescent wizard-in-training Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts for another year of schooling and learns more about the dark past of the boy who grew up to become Lord Voldemort in this, the sixth installment of the film series that originated from the writings of author J.K. Rowling. There was a time when Hogwarts was thought of as a safe haven, but thanks to Voldemort's tightening grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds, that simply isn't the case anymore. Suspecting that the castle may even harbor an outright threat, Harry finds his investigation into the matter sidelined by Dumbledore's attempts to prepare him for the monumental battle looming ever closer on the horizon. In order to discover the key to Voldemort's defenses, Dumbledore enlists the aid ofresourceful yet unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, who may have a clue as to their enemy's Achilles' heel. Meanwhile, teenage hormones cause the students at Hogwarts to lose focus on their true mission. As Harry and Dean Thomas clash for the affections of the lovely Ginny, Romilda Vane attempts to woo Ron away from Lavender Brown with some particularly tasty chocolates. Even Hermione isn't immune from the love bug, though she tries her hardest to suppress her growing jealousy and keep her emotions bottled up. But there is onestudent who remains completely aloof from the romance blossoming all around, and he intends to leave a dark impression on his classmates. With tragedy looming ever closer, it begins to appear as if peace will prove elusive in Hogwarts for some time to come.
